Lake Lansing Park North

Over 530 acres of natural recreation area, woods and trails, Lake Lansing Park North is a bounty of year round outdoor activity. A variety of ecosystems harbor mature oak and maple woodlands, marshlands, pine plantations and transitional field areas.

Please note there is a vehicle entrance fee to enter Lake Lansing Park North year round.

Lake Lansing Park North offers two playgrounds, a basketball court, a boat launch nearby, hiking trails and boardwalk, picnic grounds and three shelters, and a softball diamond.

The park also offers over 5 miles of trails. A 2.4 mile loop of the trail system is marked with interpretive signs. The trails and boardwalks provide access to evergreen forests, swamp, marsh, deciduous forest and fields in various stages of succession. Dogs must be kept on a leash no greater than 6' in length. Hours of Operation:
The park opens one half hour before sunrise for pedestrian access and 8:00am for vehicle access. The park closes one half hour after sunset, unless otherwise posted. Winter hours may vary depending on snow conditions, please call 517-676-2233 for specific winter hours.

For shelter reservations please contact the Parks Office at 517-676-2233 during regular office hours of 8:00am to 4:30pm (the office is closed for lunch from 12-1pm) Monday through Friday.
