Make a Donation

Tree & Bench Program
The Tree and Bench donation program was created as a way for people to honor individuals, families or organizations. It is a special way to provide a funding source for trees and benches needed in County Parks. Click HERE to view the Tree & Bench Program brochure.

Brick & Picket Donation Program
Add a Picket to the Hawk Island or Lake Lansing Park-South Playground! Or, add a Brick to the Hawk Island Playground entrance! For a donation of $50 or more you can place your name, a loved one’s name, a business or organization name on a picket to be installed as part of the fencing around the playground area, or on a brick which paves the entrance into the playground. Your donation will support ongoing maintenance and improvements of the playgrounds. Click HERE to view the Brick & Picket Donation brochure.

Honorary
Many people choose to send gifts in honor of special people...celebrate a birthday, wedding,  anniversary or remembering a favorite teacher or special friend.  These tribute gifts may be sent to the Friends of Ingham County Parks at PO Box 178, Mason, MI 48854.   Please indicate who is being honored and where to send a notification of the gift.

Memorial Gifts
Families often request that charitable gifts be sent in lieu of flowers at the time a loved one passes away.  We request that you ask people to send such memorial gifts to the Friends of Ingham County Parks at PO Box 178, Mason, MI 48854.  Please ask them to indicate who is being honored, as well as who should be notified of the memorial gift (e.g., surviving spouse, parent, or child).

Monetary donations
Monetary donations are always greatly appreciated by the Friends and go towards current and future projects. Donors not wishing to be recognized may give anonymous donations. Please mail donations to "Friends of Ingham County Parks" at PO Box 178, Mason MI 48854.

In-Kind Giving Opportunities
These non-monetary gifts are as varied as our supporters. Trees, sod, labor, and landscape materials are examples of in-kind donations. Please call (517) 244-7186 if you would like to make an in-kind donation.
