Your support allows McLaren Visiting Nurses & Hospice to continue their hospice mission to serve terminally ill patients, especially those without funding, and to stretch their limited reimbursement to meet all the needs of all patients and their families.

Park Updates

Swimming & Hawk Island Splash Pad: The swimming beaches and Hawk Island Splash Pad are open for the last weekend of the summer.  Click HERE for hours.

Holiday Hours:  The park administrative office will be closed on Monday, September 7th in observance of Labor Day.  The parks remain open for fun.  Click HERE for more information on park activities.

Canoe/Kayaking at Burchfield Park: All Canoe and Kayak trips are open including McNamara, Bunker Road, Eaton Rapids Landing trips, and all in-park rentals. Click HERE for more information on canoe and kayak trip rentals.

Shelter Reservations: Ingham County Parks have picnic shelters that accomodate 50 to 375 people.  Learn which shelter will best meet your group's needs by calling the parks office at 517-676-2233.

2015 Season Passes Available

There will be a per vehicle entrance fee year-round of $3 for Ingham County residents and $5 for non-residents at Burchfield Park, Hawk Island, Lake Lansing Park-North, and Lake Lansing Park-South. No vehicle entrance fees will be collected one hour prior to the Friday night Band Shell concert at Lake Lansing Park-South. Annual passes are valid for one calendar year: January 1st - December 31st. Annual passes are available for $30 for Ingham County residents and $40 for non-Ingham County residents. Annual passes are available at all gatehouses. Ingham County welcomes everyone to our parks. If paying the vehicle entrance fee would be a hardship, please ask the attendant to waive the fee with a hardship pass.
